Responsibilities:

• Manage sample development to ensure compliance with quality standards, design specifications, and industrialization requirements
• Validate product feasibility and support smart industrialization processes for mass production
• Drive cost optimization initiatives to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality standards
• Analyze production costs and collaborate with suppliers to secure the best value solutions
• Ensure technical feasibility of products for large-scale manufacturing
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the product development and production process
• Identify opportunities to improve production lines, operational efficiency, and productivity
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing performance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Merchandising, and Suppliers
• Ensure products comply with company environmental and sustainability standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production, Garment Manufacturing, Quality, or related fields
• Experience as a Garment Merchandiser is a strong advantage
• Strong commercial awareness with solid negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good understanding of garment production processes and industrialization techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Solution-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving capability
• Adaptable, open to change, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Passion for sports and alignment with sports culture is highly preferred
• Good English communication and teamwork skills
