Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Monitor, track, and manage unsafe conditions and behaviors within the factory.
Coordinate with other departments to identify risks and implement safety control measures.
Organize and participate in occupational health and safety (OHS) training for employees and contractors.
Support fire prevention and fighting (Fire Safety) activities; inspect and maintain safety equipment.
Prepare periodic reports related to occupational safety and the environment in accordance with regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
Education: College or Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) experience within a manufacturing company.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary: Up to 18,000,000 VND/month.
Working hours: 08:00 AM – 04:45 PM, Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
13th-month salary bonus.
Annual periodic salary review.
