1. Job responsibilities

   • Manage and coordinate the overall workflow of the QA department (Garment/Apparel).

   • Directly interface with clients regarding product quality issues.

   • Build, implement, and maintain the factory's quality management system.

   • Establish quality standards, inspection procedures, work instructions, and critical control points for the production process.

   • Monitor product quality based on approved technical standards.

   • Ensure in-line inspection activities are executed accurately and in strict compliance with approved standards.

   • Conduct periodic quality audits at the factory; identify recurring defects, material issues, and process vulnerabilities.

   • Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, and critical production defects; develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA); formulate strategies to enhance product quality.

   • Coordinate internal communication and collaboration with other departments.

   • Train, support, and develop department staff.

   • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

2. Requirements

   • Education: College degree or higher.

   • Major: Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

   • Experience: At least 5 years of quality management experience in the apparel industry, specializing in sportswear, underwear, loungewear, leggings, or related garment manufacturing sectors.

   • Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and flexible problem-solving abilities.

   • Strong time management, team management, and independent working skills.

   • High sense of responsibility and a professional attitude.

   • Language: Fluent in English or Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in both languages is a strong plus.

   • Proficient in office computing.
