1. Job Description

   • Establish, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company/group standards.

   • Identify, assess, and manage HSE risks to prevent workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental incidents.

   • Monitor compliance with HSE regulations by employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.

   • Organize and coordinate HSE training programs to improve safety awareness and compliance.

   • Manage safety equipment, fire protection systems, emergency response equipment, chemical safety, and contractor HSE activities.

   • Monitor environmental compliance, including wastewater, emissions, CEMS, and waste management.

   • Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and coordinate emergency response activities.

   • Maintain HSE documentation, prepare internal and regulatory reports, and ensure compliance with updated HSE legislation.

   • Support the implementation of social responsibility and sustainability standards, and coordinate HSE-related requests from customers and authorities.

   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties assigned by the QA/HSE Section Manager.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Occupational Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines).

   • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor in a manufacturing environment; experience in the same industry is preferred.

   • Good knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment regulations and management systems.

   • Knowledge of greenhouse gas management, energy management, and HSE certification systems is an advantage.

   • Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, reporting, problem-solving, communication, and HSE training.

   • Ability to read and understand P&ID and PFD drawings is an advantage.

   • Good command of both written and spoken English.

   • Knowledge of social responsibility and sustainability standards such as SMETA, RA-4C, SA8000, BSCI, or WRAP is an advantage.
