I/ Key Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and analyze machine operation and downtime data to improve equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
• Perform reliability analysis using FMEA, RCA, Weibull Analysis, and other data-driven methods to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support the development of maintenance strategies, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and vibration monitoring.
• Track and report key maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, PM%, and Breakdown Frequency (BF).
• Create, maintain, and update interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reliability reports and analyze equipment performance trends.
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives based on maintenance and operational data.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

II/ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, or a related role.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes, equipment reliability, FMEA, RCA, Weibull Analysis, and maintenance methodologies such as Preventive, Predictive, TPM, and Condition-Based Maintenance.
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Office, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Understanding of equipment maintenance principles, SPC, occupational safety, and fire prevention.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong interest in Power BI and data analysis. Candidates with limited experience are welcome, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, and communication).
