1. Job Description

   • Provide technical input and recommendations on CNC manufacturing processes during the RFQ stage.

   • Conduct product manufacturability assessments and prepare feasibility reports.

   • Develop CNC process flow, estimate process cycle time, and prepare relevant manufacturing data.

   • Participate in product and tooling design reviews, offering process improvement suggestions to optimize CNC production.

   • Produce trial samples according to sample requests while identifying and documenting technical issues.

   • Gather and analyze production data during trial runs to support product engineering activities.

   • Prepare and release CNC work instructions, BOMs, part history, and other production documents accurately and on schedule.

   • Support the transition from product development to mass production by coordinating pilot runs, ensuring documentation completeness, and assisting production teams until the pilot phase is successfully completed.

   • Review Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) during development and continuously update the lessons-learned database to improve future projects.

2. Requirements

   • College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

   • Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with 3-axis and/or 5-axis CNC machines.

   • Mandatory: Practical experience in CNC Milling within a manufacturing environment

   • Hands-on experience in using 2D/3D CAD software.

   • Proficient in MasterCAM programming and capable of independently creating CNC machining programs.

   • Ability to read and understand English technical documents.

   • Good communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: 20–25 million VND gross/month.

   • Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:48 PM (finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays).

   • Company shuttle bus from Bien Hoa, Thu Duc (Cantavil/Crossroad), and Ba Ria.

   • Year-end bonus: 13 salary month (fixed)

   • 12 days of annual leave per year.

   • Social Insurance based on 70% of the total salary package after successful completion of the probation period.

   • PVI healthcare insurance after successful completion of the probation period.
