RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee all SCM-FG department operations, including production planning, delivery scheduling, workforce management, quality control, equipment utilization, and material management.
• Conduct capacity analysis, identify potential constraints, and develop solutions to ensure production and delivery targets are achieved. Prepare and present operational reports to Korean management.
• Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training initiatives to enhance overall departmental capabilities.
• Additional responsibilities and details will be discussed during the interview process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), production planning, and delivery coordination.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

BENEFITS:

• Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).
• 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.
