Job Description:

- Lead the Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team to support production with process improvements and optimization.

- Oversee the design, setup, and validation of production processes, equipment, and tooling.

- Develop and maintain BOM/BOP and ensure accuracy in process documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement projects such as SMED, TPM, Hoshin, and QRQC to improve OEE, productivity, and reduce scrap.

- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to resolve technical issues and support new product introduction.

- Manage cost reduction projects, equipment utilization, and process efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

- Coach and develop engineers to build technical expertise within the ME team.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.

- At least 5 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and lean manufacturing.

- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001) and RoHS compliance.

- Proficiency in CAD/Pro and ERP systems.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Fluent in English
