Position: Customs Manager

Salary Range: ~40-45 mil

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all import shipments are handled accurately and on schedule, while maintaining close coordination with relevant departments (such as overseas logistics & purchasing, suppliers, and local teams).
• Manage export shipments efficiently and ensure timely collaboration with related departments (including customers, production, and freight forwarders).
• Guide team members to prepare and submit shipping and payment documents to forwarders and customers accurately and on time.
• Possess a strong understanding of customs regulations to ensure compliance and effectively handle related procedures.
• Monitor and control shipping expenses, labor costs, and all logistics/SCM team activities with accuracy and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree or higher.

Minimum of 57 years of experience in the logistics or customs department within a manufacturing company.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Solid understanding of customs regulations and export/import procedures.

Good command of English or Chinese.

Familiarity with customs software and other related systems.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- The company does not provide shuttle bus or dormitories. For candidates who living far away, housing rental support is offered.

- 13th-month salary, 12 days of annual leave.
