1. Job responsibilities

• Process approval part during start Production

• Patrol of Checking Part Production

• PDQA (Pre-Dispatch Quality Assurance) of all component

• Control PCC fill up and verified

• Making SIR of Component

• Communication daily Quality performance to Management

• Control and Development Sub-ordinates

• Control of Daily rejection (Red Bin)

• To Coordinate the analysis of repeating problem from daily rejection and QPR

• Monthly MIS reported

• Achieve in Quality Target set in MPCP

• Follow TS-16949 requirement

• Rejection Clearance as per Procedure

• Follow and Maintain QPR Status

• Plan for reduction of PPM Level in Part production

• Any Other Function assigned from time to time

2. Requirements

• Qualification: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

• Training: ISO/TS 16949:2002, MSA, SPC, Handling Measuring Instruments

• Skill: Supervisory Management, Leadership, Strong interpersonal skill, Good communication skills, Proactive and organized and personality

• Experience: At least 5 years relevant, Experience of Systematic Problem Solving, Experience to Similar industry, press machine, plastic molding injection

3. Benefits

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• The company plans to implement a schedule with 2–3 Saturdays off per month in the near future.
