1. Job Description

   • Manage end-to-end telecommunication projects, including project planning, scheduling, resource allocation and implementation.

   • Develop project master plans, implementation plans and detailed task breakdowns.

   • Manage project scope, quality, EHS, timeline and deliverables, ensuring alignment with customers and subcontractors.

   • Act as the key coordination point between customers, subcontractors and internal teams including Sales, Technical, Finance, HR, Procurement, Administration and Contract teams.

   • Manage customer communication, project meetings, progress updates and customer satisfaction.

   • Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes; propose preventive and corrective actions.

   • Support Sales in pre-sales/tender activities, including project plans, implementation schedules, scope of work, service/contract requirements and acceptance criteria.

   • Manage subcontractors, including resource planning, training, selection, delivery coordination and payment-related activities.

   • Identify potential change requests / additional business opportunities during project implementation.

2. Requirements

   • 3+ years of Project Management experience in the Telecommunications industry.

   • Experience managing telecom deployment projects for telecom operators in Vietnam is highly preferred/required.

   • Strong project planning, coordination, communication and execution skills.

   • Good understanding of PMP/project management methodology and workflow; PMP certification is an advantage.

   • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics or related fields.

   • Good proficiency in English: speaking, listening, reading and writing (Fluency in Chinese is advanced)

   • Strong ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage pressure and solve project issues effectively.

   • Preferred: Experience working with telecom operators, vendors, system integrators or subcontractors.

   • Proficiency in MS Office / project management tools / Visio.
