1. Job Description

   • Lead and manage project activities, including task allocation, progress monitoring, resource coordination, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.

   • Plan and oversee new product development and production line implementation, including the preparation and management of key quality and process documents such as PFD, PFMEA, and Control Plan (CP).

   • Analyze production issues and defects related to SMT and PCBA processes, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

   • Manage 4M changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method), ensuring proper evaluation, approval, documentation, and implementation in compliance with company and customer requirements.

   • Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training programs.

   • Additional responsibilities and details will be discussed during the interview process.

2. Requirements

   • College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

   • The candidate has R&D experience in SMT manufacturing.

   • Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.

   • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).

   • 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.

   • Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.

   • Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
