International Sales Team Lead/Manager ( Tissue/Paper-Related)

Job Description: 
  • Lead, manage, and develop the international sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for international customers, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Coordinate with related departments to complete sales administration processes, including contract preparation, shipment logistics, and customer support.
  • Identify and develop new customers and markets; build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the Pulp & Paper industry to ensure sustainable business growth.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for international markets, both individually and as a team.
  • Analyze global market trends to identify suitable sales channels, pricing strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Participate in international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events related to Pulp & Paper.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and market analyses as required.
  • Monitor and manage debt collection activities to maintain a low outstanding debt ratio.
Requirements: 
Education
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities in Vietnam (such as Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, etc.) or overseas universities.
  • Major in International Business, International Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in Tissue/Paper-related products.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • Existing relationships with international buyers is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of import and export operations.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
  • Good time management and task management skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business trips.
