1. Recruitment

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's human resources plan.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Build and manage the recruitment budget, optimizing costs and sourcing channels.
  • Build and enhance employer branding.

2. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Build an internal training system (focusing on both soft skills and management skills).
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Organize, monitor, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with other departments to develop employee competencies.

3. HR Management & Strategy

  • Advise the Board of Directors on HR strategies related to recruitment and training.
  • Develop and improve recruitment and training processes and policies.
  • Manage, train, and develop subordinate HR staff.

4. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Develop, review, and continuously improve the compensation and benefits system.
  • Analyze personnel costs and propose optimization plans.

5. Employee Relations & Legal Compliance

  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, and labor disputes.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

6. HR Processes & Reporting

  • Participate in developing KPIs and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Manage employee records, HR databases, and provide periodic reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Develop and refine HR regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and administrative forms.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong preference for candidates specialized in Recruitment and L&D.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment, training, and personnel development processes.
  • Experience in the E-commerce industry is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and implement recruitment strategies, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, handle budgets, and optimize sourcing channels.
  • Hands-on experience in building internal training systems, conducting needs assessments, planning, and evaluating training outcomes.
  • Capable of developing and improving processes and policies related to recruitment and L&D.
  • Strong strategic advisory skills to support the Board of Directors, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
