1. Job Description

   • Plan, implement, and track the progress of projects and orders from receiving requests to completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost criteria are met.

   • Coordinate, allocate, and manage resources among relevant departments such as Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Import-Export to ensure efficient project operations.

   • Act as the primary point of contact with clients (Apple, Samsung, LG, etc.) to receive requests, update project status, resolve arising issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

   • Monitor, control, and manage project records, technical documents, product standards, and related materials throughout the project lifecycle.

   • Coordinate with internal departments to analyze problems, provide solutions, and expedite progress when issues arise during project execution.

   • Propose improvement plans for project management processes, optimize production activities, and enhance operational efficiency.

2. Requirements

   • College/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, or related fields.

   • At least 3 years of experience in project management; preference given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing plant or FDI enterprise environment.

   • Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under high pressure and multitask effectively.

   • Willingness to participate in training programs in China as required by the job.

   • Proficient in Chinese communication (equivalent to HSK 5 or above), able to use it effectively in business discussions and project coordination.

   • Ability to use English at work, especially in direct communication and collaboration with foreign clients, is an advantage.
