M&A MANAGER (DEALS ADVISORY, INVESTMENT, FINANCE)

 Job Description:

M&A MANAGER (DEALS ADVISORY, INVESTMENT, FINANCE) 

Location: Cau Giay, Hanoi

I. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Handling M&A projects from the enterprise sourcing stage to deal management (supporting and/or directly performing Due Diligence (DD) and project closing).
  • Conducting sales activities to secure M&A contracts.
  • Preparing offering materials and M&A contracts.
  • Searching, aggregating, and analyzing information about target companies and related industries.
  • Supporting or directly performing enterprise valuation.
  • Developing the company's financial modeling.
  • Reading corporate financial statements, analyzing corporate financial ratios, and benchmarking against other companies in the same industry to provide recommendations to Investors.
  • Working and negotiating directly with enterprise leadership levels, and providing interpretation during meetings between Investors and Vietnamese companies.
  • Managing subordinates regarding output quality and compliance with internal regulations.
  • Performing other related tasks as requested by Management, such as training and knowledge sharing.

II. REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: University degree in relevant fields, preferably in Finance/Economics, Business Administration, International Business, Japanese Language, or equivalent.
  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and data review skills within a corporate context.
    • Ability to build financial models; proficiency in advanced Excel functions is an advantage.
    • Ability to communicate and negotiate with high-level positions and state agencies.
  • Experience/Knowledge (Preferred):

    • Preference for candidates with knowledge of investment, securities, and finance.
    • Preference for candidates capable of business planning and business plan review.
    • Preference for candidates holding finance/securities/valuation certificates such as CPA/CFA.
    • Preference for candidates with existing networks with enterprises, state agencies; and experience in project quality/deadline management.
  • Language: Proficient in English
