JOB TITLE: SOCIAL COMPLIANCE AUDIT (SMETA)
Work Location: Tây Ninh
Supervision: Managing 4 HSE staffs
Salary Range: VND 35 - 45 million (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communicate effectively with international clients and actively participate in meetings related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
2. Conduct and support internal audits in accordance with SMETA standards, ensuring full compliance with audit requirements and regulations.
3. Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance compliance performance and support sustainable business practices.
4. Assist in optimizing the companys internal compliance system in alignment with international standards.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in compliance and CSR initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

1. Age 30 or above.
2. Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate confidently in meetings with international clients. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of SMETA, BSCI, RBA, and ISO standards.
4. Minimum 35 years of practical experience in factory audits and compliance assessments.
5. Good understanding of Occupational Safety and Environmental Laws.
6. Strong analytical, reporting, and cross-cultural communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Prior experience working with multinational clients or in foreign-invested enterprises is highly preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Working hours: Monday Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM).
