Job Description:
Position: Capital Raising Director/Manager
1. Job Responsibilities
- Manage, oversee, and be responsible for organizing the strategy, direction, development plan, and operations of the Finance & Accounting Department; advise and support the Board of Directors / Executive Board in the following areas:
- Responsible for preparing short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial plans for the Group.
- Responsible for balancing capital for the Groups subsidiaries to ensure operational efficiency.
- Responsible for preparing annual budgets for the Groups subsidiaries and monitoring budget execution.
- Responsible for structuring investments within the system to ensure efficiency; advise the Group leadership on investment portfolios that are profitable and secure.
- Develop cost optimization plans and manage operational/investment finance efficiently.
- Establish staffing plans and organize execution according to approved plans.
- Delegate tasks to direct management team members.
- Provide regular, periodic, or ad-hoc reports on department activities as requested by the Group Chairman / Executive Board.
- Develop and implement corporate financial strategies to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial performance, evaluate business efficiency, and provide recommendations to optimize costs, cash flow, and capital structure.
- Manage activities related to capital raising, credit arrangement, and liaise with banks and financial institutions.
- Lead or participate in major financial projects such as investment planning and project due diligence.
- Build financial models, perform company/project valuation, and conduct risk analysis.
- Monitor and manage budgets, prepare internal financial reports, cash flow forecasts, and control costs according to plan.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, risk management, and relevant legal regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments (Accounting, Legal, Business, Operations) to support financial decision-making.
- Maintain and develop relationships with banks, financial partners, investors, and consultants.
- Manage, train, and develop the finance teams capabilities.
2. Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields; Masters degree or professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA, etc.) are preferred.
- Minimum 510 years of experience in a similar role in diversified groups with sectors in real estate/construction/energy/industrial manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of corporate finance: financial planning, report analysis, cash flow management, capital raising.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; experience working with international partners is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and capable of working independently.

4. Workplace & Working Hours
- Location: Group Office, Bach Dang, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi
- Working hours: Monday to Friday fixed; Saturday flexible depending on work requirements, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (lunch break 12:0013:00)
