Responsibilities

1. Import

• Monitor import shipments and ensure on-time delivery progress.
• Coordinate with Forwarders and suppliers to arrange shipment schedules on time.
• Handle customs procedures and ensure the accuracy of import-export documents.
• Purchase import cargo insurance for shipments as required

2. Export

• Coordinate with Forwarders and related departments to ensure smooth export shipments.
• Handle customs procedures and ensure the accuracy of export documents.
• Purchase export insurance in accordance with legal regulations.
• Prepare C/O (Certificate of Origin) according to customer requirements.

3. Logistics Cost Control

• Check and confirm monthly logistics costs.
• Search for and negotiate better quotations from suppliers.
• Propose solutions to reduce logistics costs.

4. Customs Finalization Report

• Monitor inventory and prepare customs finalization reports for export production imports and processing contracts to submit to customs authorities.
• Prepare documents related to BOM based on information from relevant departments.

5. Other Tasks

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Female, graduated from University majoring in Import-Export, Logistics, Economics, Customs or related majors.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in related fields.
• Good understanding of customs laws, import-export procedures, and related regulations.
• Good English communication skills for work purposes.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

• Salary: 20 - 25 million VND
• Working time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays/month
