1. Job Description

   • Lead and manage the Quality team within the manufacturing plant, including task allocation, performance management, and periodic competency evaluations.

   • Oversee quality control throughout the entire production process, from incoming raw materials to finished products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

   • Take the lead in handling quality issues, including production abnormalities and customer complaints, while coordinating with relevant departments such as Engineering and Production to implement corrective and preventive actions.

   • Prepare, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

   • Participate in or lead internal audits and customer audits, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and audit requirements.

2. Requirements

   • College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

   • At least 3 years of experience in SMT-related positions.

   • Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.

   • Proficient in 5wwhy, 8D report making.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: VND 20–30 million/month + overtime allowance.

   • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).

   • 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.

   • Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.

   • Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
