Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Coordination

• Act as the technical bridge between headquarters and local team
• Ensure accurate communication of HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator standards, product specifications, and solutions
• Maintain alignment with global technical standards

2. Pre-sales & Project Technical Support

• Provide technical consultation to clients and partners
• Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations
• Design and optimize HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator solutions based on project requirements
• Support sales team to win projects

3. Technical Training & Team Development

• Develop and deliver HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator technical training programs
• Prepare training materials and evaluate effectiveness
• Build and enhance technical capabilities of the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator systems, design, and project implementation
• Ability to independently solve complex technical issues
• Proficiency in English or Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility, learning mindset, and proactive attitude
