I/ Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D activities to support new business development, primarily in coffee products.
• Conduct research and develop new food processing technologies, focusing on coffee, tea, and functional food ingredients.
• Develop innovative products and optimize manufacturing processes for commercialization.
• Apply technical knowledge to meet the requirements of global customers and international markets.
• Research global food regulations, industry trends, and technologies to support product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Division Manager.

II/ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or other related scientific disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of R&D experience in food processing or food product development.
• Strong knowledge of food processing technologies, especially extraction, aroma recovery, spray drying, and freeze drying (coffee or extraction-based food products preferred).
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene management, and global food regulations.
• Strong research and product development capability (R&D experience is required; QC experience alone is not sufficient).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, as English is used for internal and external communication.
• Overseas study or overseas R&D working experience is an advantage.
