JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform on-site interpretation in meetings and on the production floor for Japanese senior management.
• Translate and interpret documents related to production, operating procedures, reports, and other internal materials.
• Monitor, support, and coordinate to ensure production progress meets requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or higher.
• 25 - 35 years old.
• Over 1 year of experience in manufacturing/technical interpretation.
• Fluent in Japanese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Agile, sharp, and proactive at work.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure.

BENEFITS & CONDITIONS

• Location: Phuc Dien Industrial Park, Hai Duong.
• Salary: 15 - 25 million VND Gross.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday + 2 Saturdays/month.
• Commute: Shuttle bus provided within Hai Duong province and from Hanoi to the factory.
• Benefits: 13th-month salary bonus; numerous days off throughout the year (approximately 10 more days off compared to other companies, following Japanese corporate culture).
