1. Job Description

   • Lead and supervise all production activities during the assigned shift to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operations while meeting production targets for quality, output, productivity, and on-time delivery.

   • Manage daily production execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, production schedules, and workforce performance.

   • Conduct daily shift handover and production meetings to review production status, quality performance, delivery commitments, and operational risks.

   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, Engineering, Maintenance, and other Shift Leaders, to resolve production issues and maintain smooth operations.

   • Monitor key production KPIs such as output, yield, scrap rate, manpower utilization, and machine performance, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve efficiency.

   • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, work instructions, and quality management standards, including IATF 16949.

   • Supervise, coach, and develop production employees through training, performance monitoring, and team engagement to build a productive working environment.

   • Prepare and report production performance, quality issues, nonconformities, and operational concerns to management, while carrying out other assigned responsibilities.

   • Promote and maintain 5S standards, conduct 5S and Layered Process Audits (LPA), and report audit findings to relevant stakeholders.

   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing processes, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.

   • Encourage employees to contribute improvement ideas that support productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.

   • Ensure employee discipline, attendance, and compliance with company regulations throughout the assigned shift.

   • Analyze production issues, identify root causes with support from supervisors when required, and implement appropriate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

2. Requirements

   • College’s degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

   • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment, including experience as a Shift Leader or Production Team Leader in electronics/ semiconductor/ automotive/ mechanical manufacturing/… industries.

   • Proven experience managing a production team of at least 50 employees during a working shift.

   • Hands-on experience in companies with structured manufacturing processes and manual assembly operations is mandatory.

   • Strong knowledge of manual manufacturing processes, with the ability to resolve daily production issues and apply Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.

   • Proven ability to manage production shifts and effectively coordinate changes related to manpower, machinery, materials, and production processes.

   • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and root cause analysis skills.

   • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

   • Intermediate level of spoken and written English.

   • Preference will be given to candidates living near the company or those willing to relocate closer to the workplace.

3. Benefits

   • Report to: Production Supervisor

   • Team member: 50-100

   • Salary: 28 million VND gross/month

   • Working schedule: work a rotating two-shift schedule (12-hour shifts, including OT), with shift rotation every two weeks. Day shift: Monday – Friday, Night shift: Monday – Saturday, and 1 floating day. Saturday work is compensated as OT.

   • Year-end bonus: 13 salary month (fixed)

   • 12 days of annual leave per year.

   • Social Insurance based on 70% of the total salary package after successful completion of the probation period.

   • PVI healthcare insurance after successful completion of the probation period.
