Logistics Manager (Chinese/ Taiwanese/ Hong Kong expats)

 Job Description:

1. Responsibilities:

- Manage operations to achieve KPIs set by customers/projects.
- Manage reportings for internal & external.
- Manage and Analyse P&L of project.
- Use associated information system to coordinate and control the order cycle.
- Use WMS to evaluate performance and quanlity and to plan improvements.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
- Plan, develop and implement safety and security programs and activites.
- Understand, work with and possibly help to develop logistics service.
- Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the con-straints of legislation, fuel
costs and rising environmental pressures.
- Plan and manage projects.
- Others assigned by Company Management

2. Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in relevant major.
- Good understanding of Contract Logistics and market practices
- At least 8 years in a similar role in 3PL, Warehouse, Logistics
- Excellent in MS Office
- Good in Mandarin. English is a plus
