I. Key Responsibilities

• Create product concepts and moodboards aligned with the brands identity and seasonal direction.
• Develop product sketches, 3D prototypes, and graphics using relevant design software.
• Design packaging materials, labels, and product accessories.
• Select suitable fabrics and materials, ensuring balance between durability, functionality, and aesthetics.
• Define and coordinate product color schemes.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Design team during the development process.
• Conduct market and trend research to generate design ideas tailored to the activewear segment.
• Oversee fit testing and product trials to maintain quality, comfort, and usability.
• Communicate design concepts clearly with cross-functional departments.
• Review and finalize moodboards and seasonal collections in collaboration with department heads.
• Present new collections to factories and internal teams.
• Support the production team through factory visits and in-store product reviews.

II. Job Requirements

1. Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion design.
• Prior experience in menswear or activewear is an advantage.

2. Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.

3. Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Clo3D (or equivalent 3D design tools).
• Strong sketching and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct effective market and trend research.

4. Soft Skills:
