MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

- Develop and implement ESG policies according to ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards in the factory's production and business operations.

- Participate in developing and implementing ESG policies aligned with the company's sustainable development goals, and provide training on ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and related ESG standards to various departments within the company.

- Monitor, analyze, and report periodically on non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Female.

- College degree or higher in related fields.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within a company.

- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ESG standards.

- Candidates with relevant certifications are preferred.

- Proficiency in Chinese or English for reading comprehension and reporting.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

WORKING CONDITIONS

- Location: Binh Phuoc

- Salary: 10 million VND or more

- Working hours: Monday - Saturday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

- 12 months' salary + performance-based bonus, annual salary increase.

- 12 days of annual leave, social insurance contributions based on total salary, health insurance.
