Position: Technical Purchaser

Salary Range: VND 17-35mil

RESPONSIBILITIES:

About You

You are a motivated and technically adept professional with a passion for procurement and engineering. You thrive when working autonomously and are confident in taking the lead in supplier communications. In this role, youll oversee the procurement of project-specific parts and machined components within Vietnam. Youll engage directly with suppliers, evaluate quotations, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Youre skilled in developing and sustaining strong supplier relationships, with the ability to evaluate offers not just on cost, but also on quality, reliability, and technical soundness.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select appropriate local suppliers and manufacturers
• Obtain, compare, and analyze quotes for technical parts and machined components
• Negotiate delivery schedules, pricing, and technical terms
• Manage order confirmations, production tracking, and delivery timelines
• Keep accurate records of procurement activities and documentation
• Report to the Head of Procurement based in the Netherlands

REQUIREMENTS:

• A background in technical fields (preferably mechanical or industrial engineering)
• A vocational or college degree in mechanical engineering
• Minimum of 3 years experience in procurement or supplier management
• Familiarity with manufacturing methods and production processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working proactively in a compact team setting

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th-month salary (fixed), 15 days of annual leave.

- Social Insurance on gross salary.

- Outstanding staff will be invited to visit the company at its headquarters in the Netherlands.
