QA Manager

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for maintaining the quality assurance and inspection system in full compliance with buyer standards. This includes ensuring the availability of all essential quality control resources, such as a documented information system and skilled inspector workforce.

- Lead the development and performance management of the quality team.
- Ensure adherence to both customer and internal company regulations.

- Ensure compliance with customer standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality targets and strategies.
- Manage and resolve customer claims and complaints.
- Identify and resolve quality issues within the production process.

- Participate in process development and risk assessment.
- Analyze root causes of issues and implement corrective action plans.
- Engage in kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and update procedures and quality regulations as needed.

- Track performance indicators and plan future improvements.
- Prepare and deliver relevant quality reports.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the garment industry.
- University degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong command of specialized English and effective communication skills.
