Position: Senior Production Engineering Engineer

Salary Range: VND 32-38 mil (not including OT)

Location: Hai Duong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish new production lines, including layout planning, equipment selection, tooling, jig, and fixture design, issuing the indirect material list, setting standard time, drafting manufacturing instructions, and developing the PFMEA.
• Enhance processes to achieve greater efficiency, improved product quality, and cost savings.
• Collaborate with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to support new launches.
• Coordinate with quality engineers to boost first pass yield performance.
• Oversee PIE technicians and guide their activities.
• Ensure all workflows, machinery, and tooling designs comply with health and safety standards.
• Implement safety committee directives and ensure full compliance with their requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the EMS industry, particularly in areas such as SMT, PCBA, wave soldering, coating, and box build.
• Proficient in English communication; ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- Competitive salary and housing allowance.

- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.

- 13th salary month.

- Social Insurance in full salary.

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
