Position: Equipmet Engineering

Salary Range: 15-30tr

Location: Bac Giang

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and design fixtures and tooling to enhance mass production efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Create fixtures and tooling for new projects and process optimization on the production line.
• Test and verify the functionality of newly designed fixtures and tooling in production.
• Convert external tooling and fixture drawings into internal formats for standardization.
• Manage and control all fixture and tooling drawings to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Oversee the verification, acceptance, and maintenance of equipment and tooling to ensure stable operation.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

RBA Responsibilities

Understand and comply with RBA guidelines, report issues, and suggest improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate degree or higher in Mechanical Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in equipment and tooling design within the cable manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks for technical drawings.
• Experience in tooling design is preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to read English and communicate in spoken Chinese is required.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus

- Probation period: 2 months

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
