Position: CNC Engineer

Salary Range: 500-550 USD

Location: Hai Duong

Reporting directly to Vietnamese Engineer Leader & Manager.

2 rounds of interviews: offline round with Vietnamese Manager and online round with US headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a critical link that ensures the smooth operation of the production line throughout the manufacturing process in the factory. As a CNC Technician, this position will provide quick and accurate analysis and solutions for issues related to improving CNC machines and mechanical processing. The role will coordinate with various departments within the factory, such as production, quality, purchasing, etc., with the aim of improving productivity and the quality of product lines.

Essential functions and key responsibilities are:

• Analyze issues arising during the CNC machining process (input materials, machines, fixtures, tools, machining methods, etc.).
• Manage machining programs.
• Develop machining programs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor..

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from College or University in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience working at foreign-invested companies. At least 2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines and programming machining processes on CNC milling machines, with an understanding of G-Code commands. Or can accept new graduates, graduated from mechanical engineering major of prestigious universities such as Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Technology and have good English skills.
• Ability to read machining drawings.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD.
• Good at English in working.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM 4:30 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus (April 30, September, year-end bonus), salary increase twice a year based on evaluation (average increase 5%).

- Probation period: 2 months, 85% basic salary + 100% allowance.

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.

- Insurance paid on full salary.
