Position: Warehouse Planning Senior Specialist

Location: BW Xuyen A, Long An

Salary Range: 35 mil

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Independently develop production operation plans for warehouses within the region and provide

guidance for their pre-production preparations.

2. Establish monitoring solutions and tools to ensure the achievement of plans, guiding teams to conduct

process monitoring effectively.

3. Independently allocate capacity across regional warehouses and proactively coordinate with other

regions or headquarters to address capacity gaps.

4. Manage scheduling and attendance across all nodes within the region, and adjust manpower in

real time as needed to meet production demands.

5. Monitor the warehouse capacity utilization for different categories and coordinate with warehouse

networks for timely adjustments to ensure storage targets are met.

6. Liaise with headquarters operations to confirm manpower planning, oversee recruitment management for each warehouse, and ensure alignment between capacity and production needs

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational Background: Bachelors degree or above, major relevant to the field.

2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse logistics management, well

versed in e-commerce warehouse production models, and familiar with various detailed production processes in warehousing.

3. Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in using tools such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, etc. Familiar with ERP principles and systems, WMS systems, as well as office software.

4. Abilities: Possess excellent communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, strong execution capability, and outstanding coordination ability

5. Fluent in Chinese
