Position: Electrical Support & Service Engineer

Salary Range: ~ VND 35mil

RESPONSIBILITIES:

About You

You are a certified and practical electrical engineer who enjoys international travel and assisting global clients. With a strong passion for service and a flexible approach, youre ready to take on responsibilities in providing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for our systems deployed across Asia. While your primary expertise lies in electrical systems, you're also open to helping with mechanical tasks when necessary.

You take a problem-solving, hands-on approach to your work and are dependable in the field. As companys on-site representative, youll offer solutions, carry out repairs, and advise clients on technical matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel internationally to provide service, maintenance, or installation support
• Diagnose and fix electricaland at times mechanicalissues on-site
• Deliver technical assistance and share reports with the engineering/service teams
• Record all service work, issues, and repairs performed
• Support the ongoing improvement of service procedures and technical documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• A vocational or college degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical service or support role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, ideally in industrial or marine settings
• Willing and able to travel globally and work independently in the field
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and ability to assist when required
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• A hands-on, proactive, and adaptable personality

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- 13th-month salary (fixed), 15 days of annual leave.

- Social Insurance on gross salary.

- Outstanding staff will be invited to visit the company at its headquarters in the Netherlands.
