Position: Process Engineering (Leader)

Salary Range: 500-550 USD

Location: Hai Duong

Reporting directly to Vietnamese PE Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking charge of resolving issues that arise on production lines.
• Preparing standard documentation such as SOPs, PFMEAs, and similar materials.
• Conducting training for operators on proper procedures, work instructions, and tool usage.
• Making sure that all manufacturing instructions are regularly and systematically updated.
• Setting up engineering-related parameters for product implementation.
• Addressing and resolving process and quality problems resulting from material, equipment, or process inconsistencies.
• Supporting quality and production teams in diagnosing and solving product quality concerns.
• Monitoring and coordinating all New Product Introduction (NPI) and transfer projects within the production line.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
• 02 years of hands-on experience in a Process Engineering (PE) position.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D design software such as Catia or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Good communication skills in either English ( Knowing Chinese is an advantage)

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM 4:30 PM)

- 13th salary month+ bonus (April 30, September, year-end bonus), salary increase twice a year based on evaluation (average increase 5%).

- Probation period: 2 months, 85% basic salary + 100% allowance.

- Annual leave: 12 days per year.

- Insurance paid on full salary.
