Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of mechanics to support daily production needs.
- Ensure proper preventive maintenance and repairs of sewing machines and other factory equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate the installation and setup of new machinery (e.g., automatic, digital, or energy-efficient systems).
- Maintain spare part inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment efficiency and factory uptime.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mechanic or maintenance role, preferably in apparel manufacturing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of sewing machines (knit and woven), finishing equipment, and factory systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and train a team.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning.
- Proficiency in English communication both verbal and written.
- Understanding of safety protocols and technical documentation.
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plus.
