Job Description:
Position: Project Sales Coordinator (HCM)
Salary Range: ~ VND 35mil
A renowned company from the Netherlands specializing in heavy-duty mooring systems and maritime equipment. With a strong presence in the global offshore and port industry, it is now preparing to establish a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City to expand its reach in Southeast Asia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
About You
You are a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment. You have a strong sense of service, manage multiple tasks with ease, and are highly organized. In this role, you will support both the Sales and Marketing Directors by taking on a variety of responsibilities, including internal communication and general inbox management. Your ability to work in a structured and organized manner contributes to the efficient operation of sales and marketing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and organize incoming emails for the sales and marketing teams
- Assist the Sales Director with proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with customers
- Support the Marketing Director in campaign planning, social media coordination, and content management
- Update and maintain CRM records to ensure data accuracy
- Create presentations, marketing materials, and reports
- Coordinate logistics and plan for trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits
- Respond to online inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Perform general administrative duties to aid the sales and marketing functions
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or a similar field
Excellent organizational abilities and a can-do attitude

Prior experience managing emails and calendars in a commercial setting

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

A team player who is adaptable and hands-on in approach

Experience working in heavy industry, energy, maritime, or similar sectors, preferably in project-based roles involving collaboration with international teams
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- 13th-month salary (fixed), 15 days of annual leave.
- Social Insurance on gross salary.
- Outstanding staff will be invited to visit the company at its headquarters in the Netherlands.
