Position: Senior SQE Engineer

Salary Range: VND 32-38 mil (not including OT)

Location: Hai Duong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary liaison between suppliers and end users on all technical matters.
• Qualify new suppliers based on Wongs internal standards and requirements.
• Conduct annual supplier audits and prepare checklists in advance of each audit.
• Continuously monitor and track supplier improvements following audits and corrective actions.
• Evaluate supplier performance using audit outcomes, material DPPM rates, and related metrics.
• Supervise and guide SQE technicians to ensure effective execution of their tasks.
• Verify questionable incoming materials to determine quality compliance.
• Communicate and resolve quality issues with suppliers until fully closed.
• Isolate and quarantine non-conforming materials to prevent production impact.
• Support IQC personnel with material inspections, including issuing Incoming Quality Instructions when necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Purchasing, PQE, Engineering) to resolve material-related issues and drive production line improvements when problems are not due to material quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• Proficient in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an SQE role in PCB/ PCBA manufacturing companies.
• Solid understanding of quality standards such as ISO/TS16949, AS9100, and ISO13485.
• Familiarity with ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) documentation.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- Competitive salary and housing allowance.

- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.

- 13th salary month.
