JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope And Goals Of The Position
- Ensuring that the requirements for factorys quality assurance ability are effectively implemented and maintained by the factory.
Results Area
1. Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
2. Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures.
3. Evaluate, approve and/or provide expertise for problem solving (e.g., root cause and robust permanent corrective actions), internal/external audit preparation, etc.
Activities
- Understanding and complying with the usage and marking requirements of compulsory product certification/CQC voluntary certification, conditions of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly.
- In charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards
- Establish Flow Process Chart (FPC), Control Plan (CP) for new model. Review/Update when necessary.
- Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer.
- Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to Customer
- Follow Initial Control of new model.
- Prepare/follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation)
- Solve Customer Claim (receive information from customers, coordinate other depts to find out root cause/ corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer).
- Control Internal/ External changing point.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduation in major of Industrial or Mechanical Engineer's degree.
- Have a 5 years of experience in the role of Quality Manager
