Job Description ERP Engineer

Place: Becamex Industrial, Binh Dinh

Salary: 20-30 millions

1. Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and maintenance of the ERP system.

Optimize ERP system functions and related business processes.

Receive and analyze new business requirements from departments, develop solutions, configure and implement the system accordingly.

Supervise and manage ERP system usage across the organization.

Participate in the development, upgrading, and maintenance of the ERP system.

Coordinate with related departments to support the implementation, maintenance, and technical services for the company's information systems.

1. Requirements:

Educational Background:

Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Management, Finance, or related fields.

1. Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP system implementation, operation, and maintenance management.

Use English or Chinese language

1. Knowledge and Skills:

Strong ability to capture business needs and develop suitable solutions.

ERP system implementation experience is required; programming background is preferred.

Experience in ERP system maintenance and support is an advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Age: Under 40 years old.
