Job Title: Quality Manager
Work Location: Hung Yen
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM), with 2 Saturdays and all Sundays off per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and supervise the companys quality management system.
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality systems such as FSSC, Kaizen, 5S, and other internal programs.
- Oversee product quality control across all production stages.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, providing corrective and preventive actions.
- Host audits and inspections by third parties, customers, or regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and assess the quality performance of all departments and promote continuous improvement.
- Train, develop, and manage the QA team to ensure effective quality operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management within the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of FSSC, HALAL, 7 Quality Tools, 5 Whys, and other quality methodologies.
- Familiarity with current Vietnamese regulations, decrees, and circulars related to food safety and compliance.
- Good at English
