 Job Description:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
  • Perform tasks related to import and export orders.
  • Implement procedures and handle paperwork, declarations, and payments with customs authorities.
  • Inspect, review, and verify documents to promptly address any issues arising during the transportation and delivery of goods to customers.
  • Maintain records and documents.
  • Prepare reports and handle other related tasks as directed by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Female.
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.
  • Basic conversational English and Chinese, or good Chinese skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Location: Binh Phuoc Province
  • Salary: 12 million VND or more
  • Working hours: Monday - Saturday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
  • 12 months' salary + performance-based bonus, annual salary increase.
  • 12 days of annual leave, social insurance contributions based on total salary, health insurance.
