Position: Food Service Manager

Salary: 25-30 mil

Location: Xuân Diệu, Hà Nội

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Operations Management

Supervise and coordinate all food service activities and kitchen operations in school canteens.

Ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service.

Monitor and manage food and labor costs, ensuring compliance with budget constraints.

Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Maintain consistency in portion control and food quality.

Plan and execute operational strategies in collaboration with relevant departments.

2. Staff Management and Training

Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and guidance for employees.

Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, emphasizing teamwork and customer service excellence.

3. Customer Service

Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.

Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.

4. Menu Supervision and Approval

Oversee and approve menu design processes carried out by chefs and nutritionists.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Gender: Male.

Proven experience as a Food Service Manager or a similar role in the hospitality or F&B industry.

Strong leadership, organizational, motivational, and teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities.

Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food service industry.

Proficient in spoken English (written English skills are an advantage).
