Position: Advanced Overland Transportation Specialist

Location: BW Xuyen A, Long An

Salary Range: 65 mil

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Order Management & Dispatch: Monitor daily shipment volumes and arrange truck transportation according to specified business scenarios. Adjust dispatching plans promptly in case of exceptions.

2.Planning & Route Optimization: Utilize systems to determine optimal routes and vehicle types. Verify and track discrepancies between planned vs. actual operations.

3.Operational Quality Control: Oversee daily trucking project quality; maintain effective communication with factories, warehouses, carriers, and stakeholders. Address emergencies promptly and provide actionable solutions.

4.SOP/SOW Compliance: Ensure carriers adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements.

5.KPI Performance Management: Track, record, and regularly review carriers operational KPIs. Identify issues and monitor resolution progress.

6.Bill Management: Verify, audit, and document carrier invoices.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.5+ years in overland transportation.

2.2+ years in operations management (volume-based vendor coordination & end-to-end shipment monitoring).

3.Warehouse logistics/international logistics experience preferred.

4.Education: Bachelors degree or higher.

5.Background: Major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.

6.Attributes: Meticulous, patient, problem-solving mindset. Strong communication, execution skills, and sense of responsibility.

7.Additional Preferences: Knowledge of data analysis and cost estimation.

8.Business proficiency in Chinese and Vietnamese
