Job Description:

As a Supply Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of your assigned product models (finished goods and components). Your key duties include:

• Planning orders and forecasts to guarantee product availability.
• Securing optimal lead times and pricing.
• Maintaining accurate data on product pricing, costs, and lead times.
• Managing and optimizing component supply to ensure reliable stock levels.
• Overseeing supplier capacity and production planning.
• Monitoring key performance indicators: turnover, margin, and operational efficiency.
• Driving continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Bachelors degree or higher in Foreign Trade, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in production planning, supply chain, purchasing, or merchandising.
• A strong understanding of production processes, especially in textiles, garments, or footwear, is a plus.
• High interest or experience in data analytics, Google Scripts, or RPA tools.
• Confident decision-maker with a sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and open-minded mindset.
• Interest in sports and an active lifestyle is a plus.
