Position: Sales leader

Mức lương: Basic salary 25-30 mil + incentives + KPI bonus (income 70-100 mil)

Location: Cau Giay, Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Search for project information, engage with clients, and carry out project quotation tasks.
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to meet assigned sales targets.
• Conduct negotiations, sign contracts, and ensure financial risk management.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Department to handle issues arising during project execution.
• Continuously expand the customer base, establish and develop relationships with investors, general contractors, design consultants, and supervision consultants.
• Ensure timely and accurate debt collection as per contract commitments or mutual agreements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department director.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Have experiences in steel structure business or relevant experience in the steel structure industry.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (Korean, Chinese) is an advantage.
• Passion for sales, goal-driven, and determined in work.
• Understanding of steel house materials, roofing sheets, etc.
• Ability to effectively handle and resolve sales-related situations.
• Strong communication and business judgment skills.
• Willingness to travel for work (with travel expenses covered).
• Proficient in computer use: Word, Excel, Email/Internet.
• Ability to train and manage the team
