Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: BW Xuyen A, Long An

Salary Range: 35 mil

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the daily management of various operational modules in warehousing;

2. Execute and improve warehousing operational processes and regulations to ensure the quality and efficiency of warehousing operations;

3. Reasonably allocate human and other resources for various work positions and operational processes in warehousing to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational costs;

4. Monitor each link of production operations in real-time, promptly report and handle various issues and failures to ensure smooth production operations;

5. Responsible for communication and coordination with other business departments, as well as communication and resolution of issues;

6. Responsible for the implementation of 6S activities on-site and the promotion of lean production concepts;

7. Responsible for daily operational business training and guidance for department employees, team building, and talent pipeline development

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational background: Associate degree or above,

2. Work experience: More than 5 years of work experience in the same position.

3. Knowledge and skills: Proficient in operating office software such as XMind, Visio, WORD, etc., familiar with the logic of WMS, ERP, and other systems.

4. Qualities and abilities: Good system and logical thinking ability, understanding the complexity of things, and able to consider issues from a holistic perspective. Recognizes the warehousing and logistics industry and is willing to develop deeply in this industry, with a strong desire for career advancement. Strong logical thinking

5. Male, Chinese or English speaking
