Job Description:
Position: Labor Management Specialist/ Supervisor
Location: BW Xuyen A, Long An
Salary Range: 35-65 mil
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Formulate recruitment strategies/plans in coordination with the overall staffing needs of the business department and external labor market research. By streamlining and continuously improving labor management systems and processes, enhance the efficiency of recruitment operations.
2.Manage and operate recruitment channels, strengthen the labor talent pool, and continuously enrich and expand recruitment channels.
3.Establish a recruitment cost management framework, strengthen control over budgets and recruitment processes, deliver accurate labor strategies, and achieve continuous optimization of recruitment costs.
4.Manage the recruitment team in regional warehouses, provide business guidance to team members, and continuously improve team members' professional skills and overall team output.
5.Assist in the introduction of suppliers, take charge of their usage and process management, and participate in supplier evaluation.
6.Monitor recruitment data, analyze data to identify and resolve various recruitment issues, and adjust recruitment strategies in a timely manner as needed to meet recruitment targets.
7.Liaise with labor-related government departments and assist in handling various labor-related incidents (e.g., social security, public security, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelors degree or above; more than 5 years of experience in largescale blue-collar labor management in major logistics/warehousing or manufacturing enterprises, with no less than 2 years of team management experience.
2.Possess sharp data analysis ability to perform statistical analysis on labor-related data and make targeted improvements.
3.Experience in independently coordinating large-scale labor recruitment (follow-up and delivery) and handling crisis events.
4.Demonstrate business thinking, excellent business negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, internal and external communication and coordination skills, and strong resistance to stress
5. Fluent in Chinese
Working Conditions:
- Bonus: 01M gross salary
- 100% salary social insurance
- Probation: 02 months, 100% salary
