Position: Senior Sourcing

Salary Range: VND 20-25 mil

Location: Hai Duong

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle procurement activities for new project development within existing customer accounts.
• Convert purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO) promptly, ensuring accurate delivery commitments.
• Monitor and drive supplier performance to achieve consistent On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Support and coordinate material availability to meet customer demands.
• Ensure the accuracy of information maintained in MRP parameters.
• Maintain an organized and effective filing system.
• Fulfill training and development requirements to enhance personal skills and capabilities.
• Foster and maintain healthy relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Participate in safety training programs relevant to job responsibilities.
• Perform all duties in compliance with established safety procedures and practices.
• Promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents to the appropriate supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or above, preferably with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
• Over 3 years of experience in mechanical material procurement; a mechanical background is strongly preferred.
• Strong command of English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to prepare and analyze various reports.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, proactive, and adaptable, with a diligent and methodical work style.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong organizational and management capabilities, and the ability to perform well under pressure.

Working Conditions:

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)

- Competitive salary and housing allowance.

- 13th salary month.
