Position: Quality Control Manager

Location: BW Xuyen A, Long An

Salary Range: 65 mil

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist the headquarters in identifying data monitoring points based on operational management goals and continuously improve the monitoring plan;

2. Monitor operational process data, identify and proactively alert operational risks, and follow up with

operational departments to proactively avoid them;

3. Monitor key operational results, identify qualitative operational issues, promote and track closure improvements by responsible departments;

5. Collect and analyze data monitoring needs from regional warehouses and submit them to headquarters, assist headquarters in report development and standardized promotion;

6. Collect and explore opportunities for improving operational quality, providing professional improvement suggestions and plans.

7. Supervise and guide quality control personnel, helping to enhance professional capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, in logistics management, statistics, or related fields;
2. Work experience: Over 7 years of experience in quality management, quality control, or related jobs;
3. Knowledge and skills: Ability to identify daily business pain points, provide relevant solutions to ensure smooth business operations; proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL;

4. Qualities and abilities: Logical thinking, communication skills, data analysis capabilities, project promotion skills, and training abilities.

5. Fluent in Chinese
